On April 23–24, 2026, the 12th edition of the conference “Construction and Operation of Multi-Storey Car Parks and Underground Garages” will take place in Mannheim, Germany.

In his presentation, “Multi-Storey Car Parks and Underground Garages in Transition – What Operators Must Do Now to Ensure Future-Ready Operations,” Dr. Friesen will address the key challenges and opportunities in managing parking facilities. He will highlight, among other things, how digitization can serve as a lever for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and which innovative pricing and sales models are needed to actively shape the mobility transition.
