3. Data capture on our website

The basis of the data handling is Art. 6 Par. 1 f) DSGVO, which allows the handling of data to fulfill a contract or contractual measures.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your stated data including your contact data will be stored in order to process your enquiry as well as for the case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent. The data stated in the contact form hence will only be processed based on your consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 a) DSGVO). This can be revoked at any time by sending us an informal email. The legitimacy of the handled data until the revocation is unaffected by the revocation.
The stored data from the contact form will be deleted upon request, your consent of data storage is cancelled (e.g. after the completed data processing). Mandatory legal regulations – especially storage periods – remain untouched.
4. Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

When downloading white papers, we process your given data such as your email address in order to send you the download link.
The legal basis regarding the data that you stated voluntarily in the mandatory fields is your compliance according to Art. 6 Par. 1 a) and b) DSGVO. Furthermore, we use your data to send out email advertisement.
The provided downloads are a matter of optional offers for which it is necessary to state the email address because otherwise we are not able to send you a respective link. Further information is not needed. As for the duration of information storage, see section 2.
