On March 17, 2025, Dr. Friesen moderated a panel discussion at the “Future Real Estate: Mobility and Real Estate” congress in Frankfurt (Germany). Under the title “What’s next for mobility developments? Germany after the election!”, he analysed current challenges and perspectives in the mobility industry together with experts from business, politics and science.
The focus was particularly on the political and economic effects of the 2025 federal election as well as their significance for mobility and real estate. Topics such as sustainable transport infrastructure, urban transformation, and the future of mobility in Germany were addressed. The “Future Real Estate: Mobility and Real Estate” congress brings together experts and interested parties from various areas to develop innovative approaches for the urban future and strengthen the interfaces between mobility and real estate.
