QUINTA Consulting has joined the Parking Research Collaborative at the Institute of Transportation Studies, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Through the participation of Dr. Mark Friesen and Kathrin Gottlieb, QUINTA Consulting further expands its international engagement in parking and mobility research. The Collaborative brings together leading researchers and industry practitioners to address key challenges in parking policy, assess its economic implications, and explore innovative approaches to parking reform in urban environments. A particular focus is placed on advancing data-driven methodologies and discussing practical pathways for implementing forward-looking parking policies.
