Once a year international aviation experts from industry, science and politics meet at the European Aviation Conference (EAC). For the eighth time now, the EAC took place in Vienna on November 6-8, 2019 at the invitation of the Austrian Aviation Association (ÖLFV). The topic of this year’s conference was “Pricing in Aviation: Issues and Innovations – Are prices too high, too low or just right?”.
Dr. Friesen was invited to attend a panel discussion together with Luigi Battuello, Romano Pagliari and Walter Seib on the second day of the conference. The future importance and role of non-aviation revenues for airports were discussed.
